A deposit of 5,000THB is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Daily clean including outdoor yards/swimming pool/balcony and indoor public area such as living room/Kitchen etc.Please inform us in advance, if you need to change sheets and towels during your stay.
