The space This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 636 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed, sleeper sofa in living room, kitchen, patio or balcony. Maximum occupancy is four. RVs can be parked at the Garden Walk for a fee, where the parking is enclosed and secure. There is limited street parking near the resort. FEE: Wi-Fi is available with pricing based on length of stay and number of devices. This resort is cashless. A credit or debit card will be required for on-site purchases. Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee. Some amenities/activities are seasonal and available at an additional charge. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in.
