The B&B is divided into 2 rooms, each with its own breakfast area, and offers 11 rooms including single, double, one triple and one quadruple, all with private bathroom. Located around the cloister of an ancient convent of the church of San Francesco, it is a stone's throw from the center of Cortona. This environment offers a stay in peace and quiet, making it comfortable and welcoming. In addition, there is a breakfast/refreshment room shared with other guests, enriching the stay experience. The space The 11 rooms with private bathrooms are arranged in the two wings of the same building around the cloister of the old convent, offering a cozy and familiar environment in their simplicity. From the side of Via Moneti, the 6 rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the cloister and the church of San Francesco, with the Val di Chiana visible in the background. One of these rooms is slightly elevated, once used as an observatory by Francesco Moneti, an Italian religious, astronomer and scholar of the 1600s. On the side of Via Berrettini, the 5 rooms overlook one of the most characteristic streets of Cortona, which rises towards "il Poggio" at the foot of Santa Margherita. Both wings have a common room where, in the morning, you can enjoy an excellent breakfast. Guest access Guests have access to their own room with a private bathroom and a breakfast room, which can also serve as a dining area. The room is equipped with a refrigerator with fresh drinks and a coffee/cappuccino machine or hot water to prepare a herbal tea. During your stay I will be the one to welcome you upon your arrival, so it is important to communicate your arrival time.
