Females preferred please due to shared spaces, if able I will accommodate requests for two guests. Large bedroom with en suite bathroom available with a kingsize bed in lovely, cosy, clean house. Rental includes private bathroom plus parking space on the drive. All bills, internet & cleaner included. Not suitable for guests that keep unsociable hours. The space The house is located in Hale on the north side of Farnham. Beautiful Farnham park you can walk to in under 10 minutes and within walking distance is also a David Lloyd and Nuffield gyms. Farnham town and train station is approximately 10 minute drive (also walkable) as well as the south side of Farnham. You can easily get to Aldershot and Farnborough in 10-15 minutes drive. Guest access You will have sole use of the bedroom and private en suite. In addition access to the kitchen facilities where you are welcome to make yourself a tea/coffee. There is also cold water tap and Nespresso coffee machine. Please note there is no food included in the rental price but there is a co op shop nearby if you want to purchase dinner/breakfast and you can store these items in the fridge and you are welcome to use anything you need in the kitchen. Other things to note There is also a very cute and friendly sausage dog that lives in the home! He can get a bit excited when we have house guests and he does bark when people arrive at the door. I will keep him out of your way unless you want to interact and play with him of which he would be delighted! Please bookings only for those who are okay with a dog 🐾
