My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and four-legged companions. The space This is a very nice and modern furnished flat in a calm area in Geneva, the size of 80 sqm, and 4.5 rooms. It is composed of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a big living room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It is perfect to accomodate up to 4 persons, may it be for holiday or for business. There is no internet access for a stay under 3 months, but there is a TV, washing machine as well as a dishwasher. Grand-Lancy is a very quiet area of Geneva. There is a direct tram going to city center, and plainpalais (Uni) in less than 20 minutes, to Cornavin, the main train station in 25 minutes, and also to Nations in 30 minutes ! A direct bus goes to Geneva airport in 35 minutes. It is a nice area to live, with all commodities available. It is also next to Carouge, a beautiful part of Geneva where there are a lot of nice Cafés and restaurants. This flat is available for a minimum stay of 7 nights, and long term rents are welcome !
