It was created in an old family farmhouse. On the ground floor: a large well-equipped kitchen with a large table, TV. Laundry room: a 2nd fridge, washing machine. Dining room/living room with TV, sofa bed, library and 1 toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90, 2 bedrooms with 1 large bed of 140 and 1 bedroom with a large bed of 140 which has its own bathroom. A large bathroom and 1 toilet. Outside: private parking for up to 5 cars, large fenced 240 m2 property as well as a covered terrace, garden tables and chairs for 10 people. Beds made on arrival with duvet. Towels and table linens are provided. Other things to note Bougé-Chambalud is a small commune at the gates of Isère, Drôme and not far from Ardèche and Rhône. With its park "the garden of sources" (photo in the listing) Heritage to discover: the Facteur Cheval's Ideal Palace (20 min) as well as the Château de Roussillon (10 min). There are many fun and family sports outings: Peaugres Zoo (25 min), tree climbing (20 min), Via Rhôna (10 min), hiking, swimming spots (Lac de Champo, Condrieu lake and public pools) as well as Côtes du Rhône vineyards.
