130m2 coziness on the 4th floor

My apartment is in an old building on Islands Brygge, and it was recently renovated as I merged two smaller apartments. It has a modern kitchen with all the amenities you will need, as well as a huge living room area consisting of what used to be three different rooms. The apartment's super light since we're on the 4th floor and have windows either side of the building. The living rooms & balcony faces south, so there will be sun on the balcony all day. The space My place is very easy to reach from the airport as the metro is only 2 minutes away and the travel time to that metro from the airport is under 15 minutes. Once you're downstairs there's a 5 minute walk to a big green space as well as life guarded swimming facilities in the (super clean) harbour. A 15 minute walk will take you downtown or over to the BoBo neighborhood of Vesterbro and if you're feeling lazy the main metro line is just 2 minutes away. There's a supermarket, convenient store and restaurants & bars right around the corner! I have a brand new kitchen and I value coziness a lot, so this place should really feel like a home away from home. There are comfortable/designer couches to relax on and a nice colourful wall of posters and original lithographs to take in. Other things to note This is our home, where we live our daily lives, and the building is very old, so even though we pay an external cleaning company to clean our place before every new visitor, it will never appear as a hotel.
