I have a tidy townhouse located on a quiet street just across the road from Hagley Park and very centrally located to the city. You will share this house with only me as your host. The space You have access to a shared living, dining room and kitchen. I also have a spacious patio able to be used. During your stay I am happy to interact with guests and provide advice when asked. I work full time but will be home in the evenings.
