The bright and comfortable living room opens onto a stunning terrace with sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the exceptional setting. For optimal comfort, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are included. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site. Other things to note Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer. For self-check-in, a key box is available. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest. Please dispose of your trash before leaving and ensure the kitchen area is clean. Otherwise, a deduction from the security deposit will be made. • Pets are not allowed. • Parties and events are not permitted. • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.
