A north facing entertainers delight just a 10 min almost level stroll to the golden sands of North Avalon Beach. Watch the sunset from the huge covered deck with filtered pittwater views. The deck flows effortlessly from the kitchen zone to the huge lounge room with cathedral ceilings and consertina doors. The heart of Avalon is a beautiful 10-15 minute walk away, along the yellow brick rd behind the sand dunes. Here you can enjoy the variety of fantastic restaurants, cafes and boutiques. The space The main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The other 2 rooms have single beds, one with a trundle bed. There is an open plan kitchen dining area which flows onto a large undercover deck. Folding doors then open to a large lounge space with beautiful raked ceilings and a due north aspect. The garden has a level lawn and fire pit. Guest access Guests will have full use of the entire house will the garage will be kept for personal storage. Guests access the house via 10 stairs up to the front door. Once inside the house it is all on one level with level access to the rear deck and flat grassy area where the kids can play.
