Oversized parking is available at the City of Durango Transit Center for an additional fee. Families may want to book two rooms; suites are small. Coal train stop behind resort leaves some settled soot: owners with chronic breathing ailments may be a bit sensitive to this. This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in.
