You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a kitchenette and dining area. Maximum occupancy is four. FEE: Parking is a $14 plus tax per night. One car per reservation. Accommodation cannot be made for large vehicles, boats, RVs, and trailers. Oversized parking is available at the City of Durango Transit Center for an additional fee. Families may want to book two rooms; suites are small. Coal train stop behind resort leaves some settled soot: owners with chronic breathing ailments may be a bit sensitive to this. This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in.
