Villa Botzi-The House on the Hill

This countryside home is located on a hillside in a traditional village of Corfu named Marathias with a breath-taking view of the Mediterranean Sea. It’s an ideal getaway for a peaceful vacation with family, friends or even love birds. Only a 300 meters away is a soft sandy beach. There is a large garden with a barbecue if one is in the mood to BBQ and stay up during the night hearing the waves, smelling the fresh air from the sea and trees and be surrounded with a spectacular view of the stars. The space The house can host up to eight people. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a large balcony to enjoy the view during the day and night. The ground floor has a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and another bedroom. The ground floor has direct access to the main balcony which surrounds the two sides of the house and the garden. The garden is 500m^2 and is a perfect place for kids and pets. Other things to note We would like to inform our potential guests about the following. There are two ways to get to the beach. The first option is to walk for about 250 meters along a path through the fields and woods on the hillside down to the beach. The second option is to go by car or on foot along the road that surrounds the hill, which is about 900 meters from the beach. Registration Details 00000679840
