Description

Our house is located right on the edge of the forest and between two great hiking areas (Djupadalen and Haraldsvang). It is a 25-minute walk to Haugesund city center or about 8 minutes by bus (which runs every half hour). Perfect place to stay if you want to visit the film festival or Sildajazz in the summer, but still want to enjoy having a homey atmosphere between the events. Private bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen. We have a cat that walks around freely in the house. If you are afraid of cats, we will keep it in our living room. 🙂 The space We rent out the basement apartment. There is an open staircase up to the main part, so it is not 100% private. Guests will have their own entrance, bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen. Guest access Guests will stay in the basement apartment. You will have your own entrance, bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The stairs up are open up to our living unit, so you will be able to hear our family and we will be able to hear you in the hallway. During your stay I only rent out the apartment when we live here ourselves, so I will be available most of the time if you have any questions. I'm available on the phone anyway. Other things to note If families with children want to rent the apartment in the summer, they can always set up tents in the garden.
