Fun in the Sun is a 6-bedroom, 4.5 bath 2-storey home with a private pool and spa located in Solterra Resort, right in the heart of Central Florida's vacation home hub. The outdoor space is fully screen enclosed for your poolside comfort and safety. The pool comes with accompanying bubbling pool spa surrounded by a spacious textured concrete deck. The pool and spa can be heated on request, min. 4 days. $35/day min 4 days. The space A modern, open plan downstairs, with a Master bedroom on the ground floor, that is easily accessible for people with limited mobility. This bedroom, has a walk in bathroom/shower. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms, two twin beds, 3 double bedrooms, and a communal area for watching movies. All bedrooms have TVs. Garage has a small area with Pool table and table tennis. 3 Parking spaces available, two on the drive and one in the garage. This is a luxury property, that you and your fellow guests will love! Guest access House is all yours. Only one small closet in downstairs toilet is locked off. The ground floor is full accessable for those with mobility issues. Other things to note Pool Heat available at $35/day, min 4 days. For longer stays, a small discount will apply. Please note it is "Pool Spa" and not a hot tub. BBQ rental can be provided, with full propane bottle and clean condition. 3 or 4 burners. Ask for rates. Dogs are accepted, however, any damages caused by dogs, will be recovered.
