(NOTE: U.K. King Size is different to US King Size, European King size, Australian King Size etc!) Cook or bake in the fully equipped kitchen with a full sized oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine with dryer, and steam generator iron. The unit is professionally cleaned thoroughly between each stay, with all linen, towels, and sheets replaced. 1 work desk is available, with a printer available for your use (no guarantee on compatibility with your computer / laptop). Beds have bedside tables and bedside lamps on both sides, with all the wardrobe space concentrated into the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have large mirrors, with a full size bath in the main bathroom, and a shower stall in the en-suite. Guest access - Guests will have use of the whole apartment. Other things to note We cannot accommodate any advanced bag drop or delayed bag collection. Nearby bag storage facilities are available. Max 4 guests. No smoking, vaping, or pets allowed. No persons below the age of 10 The following is provided : 1) Hand soap 2) Existing toilet roll in holder + 2 spare rolls per stay. 3) 1 dishwasher tab per night of stay. All other toiletries / additional toilet rolls / washing machine pods / laundry detergent / fabric softener are not provided but can be purchased from 24H store across the road. They will not be provided. Unit is unfortunately currently not wheelchair accessible. Key handover will be in person, by prior arrangement. Electricity and water is on a fair-use basis and is monitored via the utility providers portals. If there is misuse / usage is in excess of what would be considered reasonable, you may be asked to top up the difference, or asked to leave.
