Small 60 m² detached house with private terrace, fully equipped, to allow you to disconnect and enjoy with family. This house is a precious and comfortable cocoon, located on the heights of Tourlaville, with views of nature. It's a great house to stay in peace and quiet and discover the charm of the Cotentin peninsula. Comfortable, quiet, sleeps 4. Easy parking right outside the accommodation, Ideal for unwinding! The space This small house is atypical on 3 floors (for the last bedroom). It was our cocoon ✨for a few years and I'm happy to offer it to you for your stays in Cotentin! Guest access The house is fully accessible to guests (except the garage which is used for my spouse's work)! Other things to note The bedding was changed in April 2024 for added comfort and following a recommendation from a guest!
