The Hudson View Room

Our Hudsonview Room at High Tide Living is on the 1st floor and features a full bed and closet with a stunning view of the Hudson River. The space Our space is all about positive vibes in a relaxing atmosphere. We are hosting guests in several rooms throughout different units in our guesthouse in the peaceful neighborhood of Northwest Yonkers. The Garden Room in our multi-family home provides guests with a comfortable private room with a private balcony in the second floor unit. You can also walk outside to enjoy the garden or watch the sunset over the Hudson River on the shared patio deck. The room is private with shared access to the kitchen, bathroom and living room. /hightideliving-antiqueroom /hightideliving-sunroom /hightideliving-sereneroom Guest access Our guests have access to their private room & private balcony, shared kitchen, bathroom & living room. Our guests are also welcome to use our yard space, garden and patio deck to relax and enjoy the river views. There are also bicycles and kayaks for guests to use. During your stay Available when needed Other things to note Cleaning fees Our cleaning fees are $50 per stay, up to one week. For longer stays, cleaning fees are $50 per week if you’d like your room cleaned weekly. Otherwise you’ll be responsible for your room. Pet fees We'd love to host your dog as well. Our pet fees are $20 per stay, up to one week. For longer stays, pet fees are $20 per week. Please check with us before booking. Thank you! Getting around The neighborhood is quiet and parking is usually available on the street. The home is a 10 minute walk to the Glenwood Metro North station and a 5 minute walk to the number 1, 2, 6, 25 and 30 bus lines. The home is a five minute drive and 15 minute walk from downtown Yonkers. Interested in visiting New York City?
