Glamping in the trees. Come experience the beauty and serenity of being in the forest in a unique craftsman treehouse on beautiful Camano Island just an hour and ten minutes north of Seattle. Your private parking and short trail leads to a short cable bridge into a cozy 150 sq. ft. cabin 13 ft above the forest floor. You’ll be surrounded by mahogany walls with a cozy full size futon up in the loft. If the futon is too cozy a campsite is available. The treehouse is warm even on chilly nights. The space The treehouse includes a microwave, a sink and small refrigerator as well as coffee maker and sound system and the cozy futon in the loft which is accessed by a ladder. Below the treehouse is a unique unplumbed outdoor bathroom unlike any other, an outdoor kitchen to meet your cooking needs and an outdoor hot water shower. Nearby is a tent site and fire pit for that full camping experience. All YOU need to bring is your food, ice and sense of adventure. Guest access In addition to the treehouse and outdoor kitchen you have full access to more than 1/3 of a mile of forest trails home to deer, squirrels and countless birds. There are several varieties of edible berries along the trails when in season. The one lane road leading to the property offers a view of Triangle Cove and is perfect for walking, bird watching and bike riding. Explore an abundance of Camano island activities. There is a lot to see and do. We are just 20 minutes from Camano State Park, with miles and miles of trails and a boat launch to take you out into the Strait of Juan de Fuca and beyond. Barnum Point Preserve with many trails and a lovely beach is just 1.7 miles away. Close by is golfing, kayaking, ziplining, hiking and much more. Hope to see you soon.
