My condo is located on the upper floors of the 5-star TUI Blue hotel in the center of Nha Trang, sharing with all the hotel facilities including a large outdoor swimming pool, gym and kids club. With a great sea view balcony, you can directly enjoy the beautiful scenery of the blue ocean and golden beach from the balcony. Or you can enjoy a romantic sunrise on the sea with your family in the early morning. The space - New condo hotel built in 2018, located in the most central area of the city, with a large space of 50m², one of the most beautiful balcony suites in Nha Trang. - The hotel is fully equipped with a swimming pool, gym, kids club, sauna, and with varieties of restaurant, bar and parking garage. - Many convenience stores, shopping centers, banks and night markets nearby, and it takes only 5 minutes walking to the beach. - Hotel management, 24-hour reception, self check-in & check-out, and luggage storage available. - Exactly the same room as the TUI Blue hotel room, with clean and modern decoration style, but only half price of it. - The room is carefully furnished, it contains bedroom area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and a sea view balcony. - The room has Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, microwave oven and electric stove etc. The amenities are more complete and comfortable than the hotel room. - The room contains a king size bed (2×2m), and a sofa, it can accommodate up to 4 people. - With pure cotton beddings the same as 5-star hotels, super cost-effective, make your journey into a warm home. Guest access As TUI Blue hotel guest, you can use the following hotel facilities: - Swimming Pool (floor D, opening time: 6:00 - 18:00): Free. - Gym (floor D, opening time: 6:00 - 18:00): 150,000 VND per time. - Sauna (floor D, opening time: 6:00 - 18:00): paid service. - Kids Club (floor D, opening time: 6:00 - 18:00): 60,000 VND per time. - Sky View Restaurant (30th floor, breakfast time: 6:00 - 10:00): offer buffet breakfast with a nice sea view. - Parking Garage: The parking price of a motorcycle is 5,000 VND per single entry, and 20,000 VND overnight. Other things to note - In accordance with the Notice on Accommodation Registration (Circular No. 47/2014/TT-BCA) issued by the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, all guests must present valid identification (passport or Vietnamese ID card). Upon check-in, the hotel reception will require you to register your information. Guests without valid ID will be denied check-in and no refund will be provided. - If you need to store the luggage, you can leave it at the hotel reception directly. - We ensure that we will clean the room and change beddings & towels before guests check in. Please Noted: Guest would have an additional payment by following conditions: 1, We do not provide daily cleaning service during your stay, please keep the room clean by yourself. If you require a cleaning service, please contact me one day in advance and apply a 150,000 VND cleaning fee to the housekeeper. 2, We do not change beddings and towels during your stay. Guests are free to use the washing machine to wash the towels, they will become dry soon after being hung on the balcony. If guests ask for towel changing service, a 100,000 VND service fee will be paid to the housekeeper. 3, The bed linens and quilts in the room are for two people only, If guests stay for more than two people, the guests are free to use the sofa as a bed. If guests need us to provide bed linens and quilts for the sofa, please contact us before you check in, and a 200,000 VND service fee will be paid. 4, We can provide an air mattress or folding pads on the floor. If you require an extra bed, please inform us before your arrival, and pay 300,000 VND (air mattress) / 200,000 VND (folding pads), which includes pillows, quilts, and sheets.
