With its private garden, rooftop terrace and backyard deck, this spacious house built in 2018, is the perfect place for a relaxing summer vacation. Situated in a quiet family friendly area close to nature, with plenty of playgrounds and walking trails in the neighborhood. Grocery store right across the street and a local mall 15 min. walk from the house. Buses going directly to Sandvika (beach/shopping mall, 15 min.) and Oslo city (40 min) from right outside the door, 4 times per hour. Other things to note We have a tenant living in parts of the house, but the two units are completely separated and have private entrances.
