The space Your space is a very generous area consisting of a separate bedroom with a king bed, wardrobe and office section. This leads through to the lounge room area consisting of a leather lounge, smart tv and dining table. There is a toilet and shower room leading off from the small kitchenette area. Guests are welcome to use the rear yard which is a shared area with us. Guest access Guests have access to the whole guest house and to the attached garage. The swimming pool is seasonally available for guests and will also be used by our family. There is a washing machine available in the garage area. Other things to note The guest house is at the rear of our back yard and whilst it is separate from the main house our family will be using the rear yard in between and the pool area from time to time. The garage has separate personal storage areas which will be off limits.
