Rose Chalet is in the Tourism Gateway

We are looking forward to hosting our guests. Three bedroom chalet style house surrounded with rose gardens, situated on private 1012 square meter property on the main street of Lumsden opposite the town green with a short walk to cafes and a supermarket. Lumsden is regarded as one of the worlds premier trout fishing destinations with the Oreti River only five minutes walk and only an hours drive to Queenstown or Te Anau which is the gateway to the beautiful Milford Sound. The space This is a whole house BnB with a single bed up the spiral staircase and two queen bedrooms downstairs. Kitchen and laundry facilities along with a laundromat with drying facilities a short walk along the street. Fully insulated and double glazed. There is a log fire in the living room as well as a heat pump to keep you warm or cool as required and heating in each of the bedrooms . There are fruit trees and berry bushes in the back yard for those staying at that time of year. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Sorry, the garage and garden shed are unavailable as it used for personal storage. Shelter for bicycles is available in the backyard.
