Maple tree suite

You'll have the entire lower floor of our split level house to yourself - a full suite complete with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and outdoor patio area. We've got everything you need to have a peaceful and relaxing stay with us. So much within walking distance. 300 meters to the Puntledge River's wooded trails, swimming holes and tubing. Less than 1 km to Courtenay’s bustling 5th Street with great shops, cafes, ice cream and groceries. The space A perfectly sized 2 bedroom suite with comfy beds for 4 and an extra mattress if yours is a party of 5. Guests have full exclusive use of the suite which includes: Two generous patio areas (one sunny, one covered) with plenty of space to hang up your beach soaked towels, and kick off your flip flops at the end of the day. Or, if you are here in the winter, set the skis up for tomorrow. Enter through the spacious mud/laundry room which has plenty of room to hang jackets, sort out shoes and boots, and get a load of laundry done. Please leave your shoes in the entry, no shoes in the rest of the house. We've kitted out the full kitchen in the same way we have our own. Garlic press, veggie peeler, grater, colanders, mixing bowls, french press, lots of plates and bowls and and mugs and cutlery and pots and pans? Yes, yes, and yes. :) Dining area with seating for 5, perfectly positioned for you to sip a glass of wine while someone in your party prepares your meal (or for the kids to get some colouring done while you sort out dinner), Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, big closet and an extra twin mattress tucked away if needed. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a large double. Two generous closets and plenty of plugs to charge your devices. Large living room with comfortable seating, cozy blankets, a smart TV, games, and a space to work from. Guest access Guests have full exclusive use of the suite. Have some fancy bikes or skiis that you would like secured? We have locked secure storage available, just ask. We are just upstairs if you need us, but otherwise, it's all yours! We are members of sustainable hosts Canada, and are continually upgrading the house to be energy efficient, and the yard to be great habitat for our animal relations. We are great for families and have baby gates and play pens for your use, but please be aware we are NOT baby proof. Neither the kitchen nor the bathroom cabinets can be secured against little hands prying them open. You know your kids best so please use your own judgement when booking. My amazing cleaner has a full and busy work schedule but prioritizes this suite. Late check outs can throw off her whole planned work day as she has many clients.
