Note that the $100 fee per pet is charged per week. Our home is a heritage-listed terrace house which is part of the Dalgety Terrace community. Whilst it's relatively a quiet area, because it's an old building, noise (footsteps) from the unit above might be unavoidable. The bathroom is also designed to be inside the house and the toilet is outside at the laundry area. This is just part of the old charm and how it was designed.
