The space The House - Main Living area is a beautiful large indoor/outdoor space. Air conditioned with fans throughout, tastefully decorated in contemporary decor and open plan tropical living inside and out. Large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with 90cm gas cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with cold water and ice dispenser, BBQ and outdoor kitchen. Kitchen and living room opens out onto a magnificent covered area with pool table, plenty of comfortable seating overlooking the pool and Bali Hut at the end of the property. The house is surrounded by a tropical garden which includes banana palms, pineapples and citrus trees. A garden cabana adds to the tropical ambiance and is surrounded by lush gardens with views over the Redlynch Valley, its the perfect retreat to watch the sun set after a lazy afternoon or a busy day exploring the local area. Separate TV room with large flat screen HD TV can be closed off from the living area and has large sofas and bean bags for extra seating. The spacious main bedroom has an en-suite with double vanity and separate toilet and opens out onto its own private deck with garden access. Bedroom 2 also has its own entry. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen beds and built in wardrobes with full length mirrors. Bedroom 4 has a Double Bed and book shelf with a selection of books and toys. All bedrooms have fans and air conditioning. The main bathroom has a double shower and full size bath with a powder room and separate toilet. Large laundry has washing machine and dryer with detergent and outside access to the washing line at the side of the house. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer are all provided. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house with the exception of a locked office area for the owners storage Other things to note Integration with guests - personalised assistance with local tips and recommendations if required. Children - We ask that children are supervised in the pool area and in the adjacent tennis courts/playgrounds at all times. Pool- Please do not take glass into the pool area, plasticware is provided. Should glass be broken in the pool area guests will be responsible for cleaning costs.
