The Shepard Farmhouse on Acreage, a Private House

A 100 year house in the Bergen, next to LeRoy, updated to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi, coffee and bottled water in the house, smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, and a fire pit with chairs. Please keep in mind that this house is over 100 years old. I make it available because I know that there are not many options for stays in this area. This house is an oasis in a desert! I charge a very modest rate for this nice house. It is a nice, quiet house. No more, no less. The space Soap, shampoo, conditioner all provided. Flatware, plates, pots, and pans are provided. Wifi throughout the house... all bedrooms have flat screen TVs, with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. The house has a washer and dryer, with supplies, that are available for the guests. If you need a grill, we have a gas grill on the property. Bottled water and coffee is available and the house is air conditioned, for your comfort. Other things to note Small dogs are allowed but there is a $25 per day dog pet fee that will be due after booking. They are required to be crated when you leave the house. Dog bowls, treats, and waste bags are not provided. Also, this property is totally 100% no smoking! Thank you
