Homestay in an ecologically restored castle-farm in the Corrèze countryside. The space 18 years ago, we undertook with passion and respect the restoration work of this house (abandoned for 40 years). Using local, ancestral and ecological construction techniques, as well as the use of renewable energies for heating and hot water production. The restoration is not fully completed. An architect by training, I have perfected myself in eco-construction and housing health (Vastu technician: Indian building medicine). This explains why your room is suitable for electro-sensitive people (shielded electrical wiring and no wifi). Since wastewater treatment is carried out through phyto-purification basins, it is essential to use natural products for washing. We encourage you to use the dry toilet, located in the barn. We would like to receive people who are preferably non-smokers and able to live a few hours without their mobile phone... The room is located in the tower and on the 2nd floor. Possibility of having two separate beds or a queen bed. We can also install mattresses for 1 or 2 people on the floor in addition in the large room next door if necessary.
