Foldable desk and chair available. The guest has access to the kitchen, living room and garden. The house will suit somebody who appreciates a quiet environment with quiet time between 10 PM and 7AM when I prefer if guests refrain from using the kitchen or living room. It is ideal for somebody who shares my routine of going out to work, though I have had students stay who have been writing up their dissertations. Perhaps you are moving to Leeds and are looking for a temporary place to stay whilst you find more permanent accommodation. Chapel Allerton is a lovely area and the house is only a few minutes walk from the park where you can access local woods for walks. Guest access The kitchen, garden and living room During your stay I can offer some help. I have lived in Leeds and this part of the country for most of my life and can give you ideas about places to visit. I can play a game of chess if you like that, do a joint meditation session or play a tune on the piano. Other things to note I may ask for and check references. The house has central heating. To save on carbon please pop on a jumper in cold weather. After a shower just mop the water into the drain so the floor dries. The room has a sink with drinking water. There is a clothes drying dehumidifier that is great for drying clothes, when it's warm you can use the line in the garden. I have put the check in time between 5 pm and 8pm but on days when I'm not working there is flexibility with these times.
