Conveniently located upon walking distance to Santa Ana downtown, and to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theaters and much more. The space Located on the 1st floor and with a small private garden. The Loft includes: 1 queen bed, A/C, cable TV, wireless internet, private bathroom, closet, safe box, equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, kitchen appliances, microwave oven, coffee maker, and small oven. Also a small dining table with 4 chairs and a futton that serves as lounging sofa or as a bed for accommodating a 3rd person or kid. Guest access The property has a great pool with deck and great garden, enabled for the use of the Loft renters.. Free parking. The lofts have a shared laundry room with washer and dryer. $5 per load cost, detergent not included. Other things to note Excellent for vacations, also for couples, families or executives who need a mini apartment in the metropolitan area, for a short period of time, without having to sign a lease, worry about maintenance or costs to furnish an apartment.
