Myrtle’s is a grade 2 listed cottage, originally having been Myrtle's Store in the village. Beautifully renovated with original white brick Suffolk flooring, beams and floorboards Myrtle’ s oozes charm and character. A home away from home, it's comfortably furnished throughout and well equipped. In a quiet, countryside location it is close to the coast, positioned perfectly near fashionable Southwold and Walberswick, yet unspoilt from the crowds. Sleeps 5 (6 on request), ideal for a family. The space Cosy cottage property positioned in the old end of town. This cottage has a homely and stylish interior with many family items of antique/vintage interest, so care with these special things is really appreciated. Arranged over 2 floors this three bedroom cottage sleeps 5. If need be we can accommodate a 6th person (child) on the pull out single divan positioned under the single high bed at an extra cost per night. It offers a comfortable living room with open fire, dining room with long table that can seat around 8 (including along a lovely old pew), study/TV room with another open fire and lots of family activities, fully equipped kitchen with 6 burner / double oven smeg cooker, pink vintage bathroom and shower room with utility sink and laundry facilities. There is also a very large natural, untamed garden to the rear of the cottage and shingle planting to the front. Guest access The cottage has one closed understairs cupboard that we use for storage. Other things to note As the cottage is on 2 levels do note there is a staircase up to the bedrooms and bathroom. There is no handrail on the stairs so we remind you to be careful when going up and down.
