Every detail is designed for groups who want more than just a place to sleep — from the stocked coffee bar to the pro-grade kitchen to the illuminated outdoor spaces that come alive at night. The interior mixes modern farmhouse style with brand-new furnishings across three levels, set in a quiet, private neighborhood just outside Asheville. The home offers five king beds, one queen bed, and a full-size bunk bed for kids. A pull-out queen sleeper in the basement brings total capacity to 16. The primary bedroom on the main floor has an en-suite bathroom, with an additional full bath on the main floor and another on the lower level. When the sun goes down, the outdoor spaces — strung with lights above the decks, the fire pit, and the pool area — come alive. LIVING AREA Ideal for leisurely evenings, our living area sets the stage for family entertainment with a 65" Smart TV mounted above the mantle. Sink into the comfort of the sofa and many surrounding chairs for a relaxed viewing experience. OUTDOOR AREAS Enjoy our full-size in-ground pool in season (Mar 15 – Nov 1). Optional gas heat is available for $150/night (Sept–Nov & Mar–May) and $100/night (Jun–Aug). Direct access from the house via the mudroom provides convenient entry, with bench seating and plenty of towels. The pool area is enclosed by its own fence, separate from the fenced backyard. While outdoors, make use of our two decks. The upper deck features a large stainless grill and a 10-person dining table. After dinner, head to the lower deck to relax by the gas fire pit on the plush sofa, or pull up a stool at the bar area and take in the backyard. For year-round relaxation, step below the upper deck to our 6-person hot tub (open all year). Guest access The whole house and property is accessible to all of our guests with the exception of two locked owners closets. Other things to note 📺 Streaming TVs in Every Room Smart TVs are available throughout the house — every bedroom and living area. We don't provide cable or antenna service, so bring your streaming logins (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) and you're set. Logging out before checkout is recommended for your account security. 🏊 Seasonal Pool (Mar 15 – Nov 1) Our in-ground pool is open mid-March through early November. Gas heating to ~88°F is available at $150/night (Mar–May & Sep–Nov) and $100/night (Jun–Aug). The pool is fenced separately from the backyard. During off-season months, the pool is closed and winterized — the hot tub remains open year-round. ♨️ Hot Tub The 6-person hot tub is available all year. Please shower before use and avoid glass near the tub. After each use, add 2 tablespoons of shock (provided next to the tub) to keep the water fresh for everyone in your group. We maintain it between every stay. 🔥 Fire Pit The gas fire pit on the lower deck is easy to use — just turn the key valve. No wood, no cleanup. Perfect for evening gatherings. 🎮 Game Room The converted garage is fully climate-controlled (heated and air conditioned). Arcade games, pool table, air hockey, and shuffleboard are all free to use. We ask that food and drinks be kept on the bar counter area rather than on the felt surfaces. 🛏️ Bunk Bed The full-size bunk bed on the lower level is designed for kids only. For safety, we ask that adults do not use the top bunk. 🏠 Fireplace The living room fireplace is decorative only — please do not attempt to light it. Between the gas fire pit outside and the hot tub, you'll have plenty of ways to stay warm. 🛁 Primary Bathtub The tub in the primary en-suite bathroom works perfectly for a relaxing soak. The jet motor is non-functional, but the tub, shower, and all other fixtures work as expected. 📶 WiFi 350 Mbps high-speed WiFi throughout the house. Network name and password are posted in the welcome binder and on the fridge. 🧺 Supplies We Provide We stock the house with hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer in every bathroom. Bath towels and pool/hot tub towels are provided in abundance. We also supply a starter kit of coffee (K-cups, Nespresso pods, and whole beans), tea bags, cooking oil, salt, pepper, spices, and basic kitchen wraps. 🚗 Parking The driveway comfortably fits 4–5 vehicles. Additional street parking is available in the neighborhood. 📜 Rental Agreement Upon booking, you'll receive a rental agreement that must be signed within 24 hours. Unsigned agreements may result in cancellation. 💳 Security Deposit A $1,000 hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released within 3 days after checkout, pending inspection.
