A cozy, simple, rustic room for three people, just a few steps from the beach. The bathroom is shared with only one other room and is very clean. However, we have two bathrooms, one of which has hot water, so it’s always a good experience. The beach is located just 100 meters away. The room is on the ground floor with a view of the courtyard garden. No TV or AC—at Marea Viva, we use fans. This room is very popular among travelers for its price, location, and simple decor. The space Marea Viva is a quiet, safe, family-run home. We love the idea of simple, rustic, and unpretentious spaces. It’s a centrally located beach house, where the Oaxaca coast is kind to the area, and just 100 meters from the beach. Our bedrooms and common areas are meant to welcome friends, family, and colleagues, and when we’re not using them, we rent them out. The bedrooms are separate from the Main Palapa, a multifunctional space we use for whatever is needed—quiet, simple, unpretentious, and without luxuries. No TV or AC; at Marea Viva, we use ceiling and floor fans. Come relax, have fun, and enjoy all the famous bohemian vibe of Mexico’s South Pacific coast in Zipol. Guest access The common areas are the courtyard-garden and the large palapa. Whether it's the owners of Marea Viva or the staff on duty, there will always be someone available to welcome guests during the specified hours. During your stay We’ll always be available in person or through the platform during regular business hours, and 24 hours a day for any emergencies. The workshop-home is always bustling, and we’re here to help make your visit a pleasant and relaxing experience. Other things to note We ask that you read the house rules carefully, leave the party at home, and smoke only in outdoor areas. The atmosphere at Marea Viva is relaxed, and to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, we ask that you keep the noise down from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Thank you! Mosquitoes never rest.
