Rustic, comfortable and simple room just steps from the beach. Shared bathroom only with another bedroom and very clean. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and pharmacies, all within easy reach. It is located at street level overlooking the courtyard-garden. There is no TV, and we do not use hot water - it is hot almost all year round. A very popular bedroom for its price, location and simplicity in its decoration. The space Marea Viva is a stone and palapa construction. We like the idea of having simple, rustic, and unpretentious spaces. A central, beachy house, where the coast of Oaxaca is kind to the place. Marea Viva is a house and workshop for the development and execution of our creative projects in different disciplines. Our bedrooms and spaces are for hosting friends, family, and collaborators, and when we don't use them, we rent them. Our doors are open so that people from all over the world can also come and have an inspirational space & workspace to get to develop their idea-project or simply come to rest and have fun as they see fit. The bedrooms are independent of the main palapa — which is a multifunctional space that we use for whatever is needed — quiet, simple and very basic without luxuries or TV. If you like, you can rent the main palapa and a bedroom for hours or days and get down to business, or just come to rest, have fun and enjoy all the famous bohemia of the Mexican South Pacific in Zipol. Guest access The common spaces are the patio-garden, the palapa-workshop and the temazcal. During your stay We'll always be available for questions or help. The house-workshop is always lively and we are at your service to make your visit a pleasant and harmonious experience. Other things to note We ask you to leave the party outside the house, and only smoke in outdoor spaces. The atmosphere of the house is quiet and we ask for silence after 11:30 pm. Thank you!
