It is just a half mile walk to the public beach at Secret Harbour and a mile to the marina village. Seaglass is 750 sq. ft of breezy top floor living space with cathedral ceilings and Mexican Saltillo tiles floors. The bedroom is air conditioned and the living room is cooled by the trade winds coming through the Caribbean Style shutters. Stonehouse is two level private house on an acre of waterfront property surrounded by acres of undeveloped land. There are 4 apartments. on two levels. On the first floor is the Larimar one bedroom apartment and the Sunflower Studio. On the second floor is the Seaglass one bedroom apartment and the owners apartment. All of the apartment have private entrances and balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, blender, kettle, coffee maker, Micro wave. and a large variety of pots, pans, cookware, dishes and glasses. The patio offers you a fantastic unobstructed view of Secret Harbor and the Caribbean Sea below. The balcony offers you a bistro table with 2 chairs and an Adirondack chair to chill with a cool tropical drink. For indoor dining you have a 4 person dining table as well as a breakfast bar in the kitchen. You can stay connected with 100Mbps Mesh Wifi and a 30KW automatic whole house generator to keep you going during the frequent pier outages. The key will be in the door of your apartment. There is flat off street parking directly in front of your apartment. If you do not rent a car Taxis are available outside baggage claim. The taxis are multi passenger and will run about $20pp from the STT airport to stonehouse. It is around 30 minutes. Stonehouse is located in a quiet walking residential area on the desirable East End of St. Thomas. If you do not rent a car Taxis are available on call from Stonehouse. It is a 1/2 mile to the public bus stop. Seaglass is fully equipped with linens, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers. The kitchen is completely stocked with quality dishes and cookware. Just outside your apartment is a Weber gas grill and a Weber charcoal grill for your use. The bedroom is the only room with air conditioning.
