Townhouse in Cardiff

Large, three storey Victoria house in the heart of Pontcanna, with cafes, shops and parks on the doorstep. The house is just a mile walk from Cardiff city centre, Sophia Gardens Cricket ground, the Wales Millennium Stadium and Cardiff Castle. The space Downstairs there is a sitting room, playroom, kitchen, downstairs toilet, utility room with a washer and dryer. On the first floor there are two bathrooms - one with a bath, one with a shower - two double bedrooms and a children’s room with two small single beds. On the third floor there is one large double room with a low-style futon bed, and a small bedroom with a fouton-bed and a low ceiling. There is a small garden at the back and on street parking at the front. Please note there is a TV but no channel service. You can plug your own laptop in via HDMI cable to stream your own services, such as Netflix. Parking at the house is on-street only. There is usually space outside for parking in front of the house, but at busy times you might have to do a lap of the block to find a no -resident parking space. If parking right outside is important to you, this probably isn’t the right property for you. Guest access Guests can use the whole house.
