It has a large garage to protect your car, and an entrance with two chairs and a coffee table while you enjoy a coffee or tea, or if you smoke this space is perfect for a cigarette at some point during the day Guest access You can access with total privacy since the house is specially designed for each of our guests. Other things to note It is very close to an event hall which is normally rented on weekends and not always, but there are usually events during the day or sometimes in the afternoon/evening before 12 by neighborhood and hall regulations, so the noise does not affect your rest at all, none of the neighbors have complained about it since the music can be heard far away and without disturbing our rest.
