Thank you. The space This 110 m² 4-room apartment is located on the 1st floor. The rooms impress with the combination of the modern furnishings with visible half-timbered beams and skylights embedded in the ceilings. The large living and dining area, as well as a bedroom, are equipped with large curved windows of about 2.10 x 2.15 m. There are 3 bedrooms with two single beds that can be put together on request. The living area is equipped with a upholstered corner with a bedside center of the apartment, i.e. all rooms depart from this room. The kitchen has a glass-ceramic hob with four zones oven, range range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, and dishes. We do not offer any extra beds. However, all bedrooms are so large that you can set up your baby's travel cot there at no extra charge if needed. Furthermore, children's chairs for children up to 3 years (max. 15kg) and junior chairs (recommended from 3 years) are available. In the house there are a total of three residential units: our Spatzennest on the ground floor, consisting of an apartment of about 45 m² for up to 2 persons, on the 1st floor our swallow's nest with about 110 m² and 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons and the Eulennest with up to 75 m² and optionally with 1 or 2 bedrooms for up to 4 persons. These rooms impress with the combination of the modern furnishings with visible half-timbered beams and skylights embedded in the ceilings. The swallow's nest can accommodate up to 6 persons (3 bedrooms), the Eulennest for up to 4 persons (2 bedrooms) and the Spatzennest for up to 2 persons. In all units, there is a possibility for an extra bed on the sofa bed. Outside, barbecue and smoking areas as well as CAR, truck and bicycle parking spaces are available.
