Parking is available on the private lane. Airport pickups/drops can be arranged for USD 22. The space Location The property is conveniently located in a prime residential area in Colombo. Its strategic location ensures that guests can easily reach many local points of interest. The city's numerous attractions such as Barefoot, Paradise Road, Museum, Independence Square, Old Parliament, Galle Face Green, Vihara Mahadevi Park, Gangarama Temple,Old Dutch Hospital, the Fort Railway Station etc. are a worthwhile visit. Away from the traffic and the noise in a residential neighbourhood, its only a 10- 15 minute ride to almost any location in town. Restaurants,cafes and fast food outlets are available in the neighborhood, German Bread company, Tea Avenue,Kumbuk Cafe, Prana Lounge and many more surround the area. There are supermarkets(Glomark, Keells, Cargills) pharmacys and a vegetable market with in 5 minute walking distance for your convenience. About the property A large spacious double bed room...simply and beautifully decorated in white, with fan, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, mini fridge, tea facilities and a private balcony, offers travelers a quiet and comfortable home in a residential location. It accommodates two adults and a child. Wi- Fi and hot water are available. Air conditioning The room is also equipped with air conditioning. The house has a separate entrance and the guests will be given a key, so that they can get about freely at any time. Meals Breakfast is on the house and consists of fruits, eggs tea and toast also occasional traditional Sri Lankan food can be served. House Keeping Linen and towels are provided and changed every 3 days for long term visitors. Airport pick up Airport pick up can be arranged for US$ 22. Payable in Sri Lankan rupees to the taxi service directly . Please send passenger names and flight information. Check in and check out Check out time is 11 am. Check in time is 12 noon. However we are flexible depending on availability. We can keep your luggage for you to collect later. Other Guest rooms available We can also offer the Charming White Room a double bed room with an en suite Guest access The lobby area is a common space for the guest to enjoy and relax. Breakfast will be served downstairs at my home. During your stay I am available most of the time on guests arrival. If not I will always be available on the phone. You can even send me a message through the Airbnb message thread and I will be happy to attend to your needs. Other things to note This is a safe space for women travelling alone. Outside guests are not allowed. No smoking inside the rooms please.
