The space Distributed over approx. 50 sqm, three rooms with underfloor heating are available on the 1st floor. The apartment sows through the combination of the modern furnishings with exposed half-timbered beams and skylights embedded in the ceilings. The living and dining areas are equipped with a large curved window of about 2.10 x 2.15 m. For an occupancy of 1 or 2 people, a bedroom with two single beds is available. With an occupancy of 3 or 4 persons, there is a second bedroom with twin beds available. The living area is equipped with a upholstered corner with a bed function, i.e. the bedrooms depart from this room. We do not offer extra beds. However, all bedrooms are so large that you can set up your baby's travel cot there at no extra charge if necessary. In addition, there are two children's chairs for children up to 3 years (max. 15kg) and a junior chair (recommended from 3 years) available. For guests of the apartment there is a separate barbecue area with barbecue and garden furniture. Pitches for hangers with boat, caravan or similar bookable. There is another 110m² large 4-room apartment in the building. Entrance and staircase area are shared with this apartment. The apartments are located in Vogelsang, right in front of the gates of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. In the house there are a total of three accommodation units: our sparrow nest on the ground floor, consisting of an approximately 45 m² apartment for up to 2 people, on the 1st floor our swallow's nest with about 110 m² and 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people and the owl's nest with up to 75 m² and optionally with 1 or 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people to book. These rooms impress with the combination of the modern furnishings with visible trusses and skylights recessed into the ceilings. The swallow's nest can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms), the owl's nest for up to 4 people (2 bedrooms) and the sparrow's nest for up to 2 people. In all units there is the possibility of an additional extra bed on the sofa bed. Barbecue and smoking areas as well as CAR, truck and bicycle parking spaces are available outside. Pitches for hangers with boat, caravan or similar can be requested separately. The WiFi can be used free of charge.
