It features two private bedrooms: one with a large double bed and another with two single beds. The heart of the home is a roomy, air-conditioned living area (equipped with two sofa beds) that seamlessly flows into the dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also have access to a modern bathroom complete with a washing machine. The living room opens up to a balcony, while outside, you can enjoy a private garden area featuring a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and your designated free parking spot. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony. Additionally, feel free to utilize the barbecue area in the backyard for relaxing outdoor meals. You will also have a complimentary, designated parking spot on the property to enjoy throughout your stay. Other things to note Although we are located near the very center, our apartment is situated in a quiet residential street. Out of respect for our neighbors, parties are not allowed inside the apartment, and we kindly ask you to observe quiet hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
