In less than 5 minutes walk you reach the lively piazza and on the way there you pass many restaurants and bars. For loading and unloading, there is parking at the front door. For permanent parking, public parking can be used (about 5 min away). In addition, the apartment impresses with a very large terrace (approx. 60 sqm) with a magnificent view of the bay of Porto Azzurro, the exclusive marina and the picturesque village of Capoliveri. Of course, sun loungers and terrace furniture including parasol are available. Away from the traffic, you can enjoy the quiet location and yet reach the piazza with its colorful hustle and bustle, bars and pizzerias in just 5 minutes on foot. Directly in front of the house you can take a bath or sunbath at a small - but fine - beach. There are also rocky areas for sunbathing and jumping into the clear water, where you can also do excellent snorkeling. The diving school "Biodivers" right next to the house entrance offers all possibilities to the divers. In general, not only water sports enthusiasts - from swimmers, snorkelers, divers, sailors, paddlers to yacht charterers - get their money's worth, but also golfers, mountain bikers and hikers. The latter can explore the island on magnificent high-altitude trails and almost always with fantastic views of the sea and beautiful bays. For example, a picturesque panoramic path directly from the house takes you in a 15-minute walk to the neighboring Barbarossa Bay, which also invites you to swim. Although it is a traffic-calmed zone, you can drive your car right in front of the house for loading and unloading. Permanent free parking is available in a parking lot about 5 minutes walk from the house. Other things to note At the first check-in you enter the apartment with a numerical code. There you will find all the necessary keys for the entire apartment complex (parking lot, front door). This means, however, that you do not have the key for the front door of the apartment complex when you arrive (there are 3 of these front doors). However, one of them is almost always open and if not, you can ring the bell of another resident or borrow the key from a cafe owner (just outside the door).
