Ideal home for relaxation and tranquility. Eretria is a town just 1 hour from Athens... Our residence is just 10 minutes (walking) from the center of Eretria and its archaeological sites. The house is specially designed for family vacations as well as for couples seeking peace and relaxation... Eretria is wonderful except for the summer and winter months!!It is only 30 km from the picturesque village of Steni! The space The house has a green garden with tall trees. The sound of the pool and the sound of the birds offer relaxation and serenity!!! The location is quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the center!The barbecue is ideal for your summer lunch and dinner! The house is quite cool and has large spaces (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms) Guest access The pool as well as the garden and the barbecue are shared !!! If the guest wishes, after consultation with us, it can be private (only for the guests). Please note that the owners live right above! {It is a maisonette and the ground floor is rented, which is an independent house}. The house is suitable for strictly up to 4 adults.
