The house of 160 sqm consists of kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, four spacious bedrooms, large porch and two balconies. Sleeps up to 10 people (four double beds and 2 lockable mattresses) allows you to conveniently stay with two families with us. Large living room and dining room with an open layout. The 160 sqm house consists of a kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, four spacious bedrooms, a large veranda and two balconies. Sleeps up to 10 people (four double beds and 2 lockable mattresses) allows two families to stay with us. Large living room and dining room with open floor plan. Beautiful working tiled stove. Seating for up to 12 people at the beautiful Jacaranda dining table. From the dining room, you enter through double glass doors to the veranda of about 50 sqm. There is a barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. From the porch you have a view of the spacious garden and Styrsö's largest oak tree. The natural garden of about 1200 sqm is protected from view and sheltered thanks to rock walls and hedges. The upper floor has a balcony facing the sea and ping pong tables for rainy days. The house is located a 7-minute walk from the port of Styrsö Bratten with a grocery store a stone's throw away. Within a few minutes' walk, there are two sea swimming areas, both for the smaller children at Bratten's swimming area and for the more adventurous at Styrsö Hallsvik. Since the 1800s, Styrsö has been one of Gothenburg's foremost holiday islands. Here you will find Öbergska for drinks, DJs and quizzes several days a week. Double tennis courts, beach volleyball and the beautiful forests provide the opportunity to alternate from sun and swimming. From Styrsö, you can get from Bratten to central Gothenburg in 45 minutes via the archipelago boats and connecting express buses. From Styrsö you can easily get to the other islands in our archipelago. Other things to note We have a code lock. You will receive the number for the lock before you arrive.
