Roofed terrace with a lovely garden. A sliding ladder for access to the bedroom upstairs. Double queen bed . Guest shower in the main house a short distance to walk. Summertime , a solar shower and small plunge pool with natural spring water. Not suitable for small children or aged people. The space The garden house has a separate entrance and stands alone..It has similarities to a tiny house , a pull out table and movable wooden ladder to get upstairs .The heating is done with a wood burner and there is hot water in the toilet basin and kitchen. The accommodation ist modest with regard to modern comforts. The roofed terrace provides a lovely outdoor space in the Summer.A solar shower is in th Garden and an indoor shower in the main house. A Kneipp water basin with cold natural running spring water is in the garden . Guest access The garden house is separate from the main house with access to a garden and a small dipping pool with spring water. in summer there is a solar shower outside and by rain and cold a comfortable guest shower a short way to the main house. Other things to note Parking direct adjacent to the garden house. Kempten center 5 Km and shopping 2 Km. Bus service approx. every hour.
