The space Great Location - only a mile from the main road of 192, a mile from WalMart, Aldi, WaWa, public transportation. One story home Waterproof hardwood flooring throughout, granite counter tops; central Air Conditioning and Heating, tinted windows in all bedrooms help keep the hot sun out as well. Fully stocked kitchen with a nook Formal Dining Room Family room with two sofas and a chair, 47 Inch LCD TV with ROKU streaming, Blue Ray DVD Player, overlooking the pool Master suite - King size foam mattress, ROKU TV, Walk in closet, sliding doors leading to the pool deck Master bathroom (Walk In shower, garden tub, double sinks) Second Master - King bed, LED TV with ROKU streaming, private bathroom (Walk in shower) Other two bedroom share a full bathroom (shower/tub) Two twin beds, LED TV with ROKU Streaming Bunk bed - full on the bottom, twin on the top, LED TV with ROKU Streaming Large covered patio with table and chairs. Washer and dryer are also located in the garage. For the little ones we provide a pack-n-play, high chair, and stroller. Books and toys. The community of Indian Point has a community pool, tennis court, children's playground. ************ Please note: Pool heat is optional and costs extra (must be ordered no later than two days before arrival) Pet restrictions - no farm animals. Cats have to be either declawed or trained not to scratch the furniture and door frames. Dogs must be kept off of the furniture and not potty in the house or on the deck. Must be leashed outside, and you have to pick up after them We provide ROKU streaming; if any apps are not available that means subscription is not provided. You are welcome to log in to your own subscription Vacation homes are self-catering; we do not provide laundry detergent for personal use, or an unlimited supply of paper products. One roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom. Paper towels, Coffee, oil, spices, food/groceries, unlimited trash bags, water - are not provided. Parking on the street is not allowed overnight. Please do not park on the Lawn, and do not block the sidewalk. IMPORTANT: All residents are responsible for following trash and recycling rules of the community. Detailed information (pictures) are posted in the slideshow, in the house manual, and in the house. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a fine. Due to the recent event - COVID19 - many rules/conditions of the contract are strictly enforced. - Vacation Homes CANNOT be used for Party Hosting or Large Gatherings (including day time visitors) exceeding Maximum Occupancy of the home which is clearly stated online. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in guests being vacated from the home by the Police, rental income will not be refunded, and deposit will be lost as well. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, pool and garage (converted into a game room - no parking in the garage) Other things to note If you're traveling with pets - you MUST notify us in advance (fees/restrictions apply). Pets must be kept off of the beds and sofas, and out of the pool. They must be potty trained. When outside, pets must be in a leash and you have to pick up after them. Service animals are expected to follow the same rules STRICT Maximum Occupancy - 9 guests! No party hosting.
