The space -Fully-furnished with split ACs in all rooms, living area and dining hall -Every room has private balcony with amazing views -Modular kitchen equipped with refrigerator , chimney, Reverse Osmosis water purifier, electric hotplate with vessels, basic utensils and cutlery, other basic kitchen accessories. -The electric hot plate is suitable for heating and boiling, making tea, rice etc. -Drawing room furnished with sofa set, chairs, TV cabinet, cable connection -Dining hall furnished with 6 seater dining table set, crockery cabinet -Rocking chair and 4 seater coffee table set -Daily room and toilet cleaning facility at no additional cost -The 2 double beds and 2 twin beds accommodate 6 persons, and for extra persons floor mattresses can be arranged in the living area (with air conditioning) -We allow families and corporate bookings only, students or college groups are not allowed. Guest access -All club facilities within Mahima Nirvana including gym, swimming pool, play area skating ring, badminton court, snooker, air hockey etc. Swimming pool is shut during winter season from October to March. -Elevator -The pent house has access to private terrace with swing. -One car parking facility -Grocery store, departmental store and pharmacy are all located within Mahima Nirvana along with facility of on-call doctor. Other things to note -We allow families and corporate bookings only, students or college groups are not allowed. -Our place is very peaceful and neighboring apartments are occupied by families, so guests are required to maintain the apartment and surroundings accordingly . -You are not allowed to host parties, invite additional guests/ friends (other than the guests for whom apartment is booked) for stay over at the apartment. -No alcohol or smoking in the apartment. -Guests should provide xerox copy & original valid Govt Photo ID proof for every adult before check-in. -Guests are allowed to cook meals with their own ingredients, we provide only tea-coffee and sugar sachets, cutlery and crockery (for 8 persons). Guests have to wash their own dishes. Basic household items can be purchased at the departmental store. -We expect guests to use the facilities in the apartment with due care and responsibility. In case of any damage to the property, or its facilities by the guests during their stay will be charged to the guest. -Guests are expected to leave clean dishes and utensils at the time of check-out.
