One bedroom and one bathroom is down stairs and two beds and one bath upstairs. No stairs to parking lot. Two asigned parking lots are right outside building. 3 bedrooms with 5 beds: 2 queens, 1 full and 1 twin. Plus a baby crib. So, my house can hold 8 people plus a baby totally. The space My house is in a very good location: One block from Butler Plaza, half mile from Celebration Point, one and half miles away from UF campus, three miles to Shands Hospital, within three miles to the North Florida Regional Medical Center, within half mile to the Butler Plaza, two miles to Oaks Mall. Guest access Northside of community fence is a city sport park. You can play soccer, sand volleball, basketball and pickelball. Full of pickelball player here every night. It has the most fevorable outdoor pickelball fields. Coumminity has swimming pool. It is available for you from 6 am to 10 pm.
