Casa Kaki is located between the second walls of Malcesine, in the district called "del Bec". Dating back to the fifteenth century, it has been completely renovated keeping the historic parts of the house and using environmentally friendly materials in order to give our apartments a well-being that escapes the eyes. The structure is divided into two buildings, "Casa A" and "Casa B", which overlook our private courtyard. 023045-LOC-00404 The space House B accommodates 3 apartments of 60 m2 each. Each apartment consists of a large open-plan kitchen-living room with induction hob, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking, dining table, sofa bed with two actual beds, equipped closet, bedroom with two large single beds high quality standards and bathroom with shower. They have underfloor heating in all rooms to experience the magic of winter on Lake Garda in comfort. Guest access In our structure you will also find a laundry and dryer center for your use, in addition to the wonderful internal courtyard where there is the luxuriant persimmon tree that gave name to our apartments. Other things to note Casa Kaki and its prestigious apartments are located in the heart of the historic center of Malcesine, one of the most characteristic villages of Lake Garda. Access by car to the house is only allowed for loading and unloading luggage only about 30 meters from the building. For our customers, we have an exclusive private parking for 20 € / day at 400 meters from the house, where you can safely forget your car and enjoy your stay at Casa Kaki. This extra service is available upon reservation. The tourist tax of € 2 per day per person per night is not included in the price and will be counted upon your arrival. We remind you that in order not to make you wait at check in, please inform us in advance of your arrival time in Malcesine.
