The space This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 1,208 square feet. You will enjoy a king in the master bedroom, queen or two twins in the second bedroom, and two queen sleeper sofas in the living area. Additional amenities include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, balcony, and a gas barbecue. Stairs will be required. Maximum occupancy is eight. Private sleeping area sleeps four. This resort is on a hillside and unit types are mixed throughout the property. Location of specific units or unit types cannot be guaranteed. The resort has limited storage for boats, RVs, and trailers. If you intend on traveling on the Pt Townsend – Coupeville Ferry, reservations are recommended especially during weekends and summer months. Make your reservations up to 30 days in advance at business.wsdot.wa gov/ferries. We also recommend monitoring your ferry reservation in case of extreme low tide cancellations which may occur. As a result, all owners and guests will need to have a debit or credit card for any transactions made at the site. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in.
