Hot tub - Number 39

This newly refurbished property is perfectly located in the village of Glan Conwy, North Wales. Number 39 is close to popular North Wales destinations Conwy Castle, Bodnant Garden and seaside resort Llandudno. Quiet lanes lead to open fields and scenic views of the Conwy Valley. Whether you want a relaxing break or an action packed adventure, this property is perfect. With Adventure Parc Snowdonia, Zip World, and Snowdonia National Park on your doorstep you will never be bored. The space Number 39 is a small, quirky house in the peaceful village of Glan Conwy. The open plan living is comfortable and stylish, and the small garden area is private and peaceful. The bedroom is on a Mezzanine floor which over looks the living area. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom. We have very recently installed a hot tub in the garden. To ensure our guests can relax in privacy we have raised the fences. We chose not to cover the tub so that you can enjoy gazing at the stars. Perfect!! Just a 2 minute walk from the accommodation is a small cafe, local pub and a lovely garden centre which serves great food. There are a great selection of good restaurants and bars in nearby towns. The transport links from Glan Conwy are great, with the train station and bus stop being just at the bottom of the road. For the best rate, find us on insta ‘Rees Holidays North Wales’. Guest access During your stay you will have the house all to yourself. Other things to note Children are more than welcome at our property, however please be mindful that the house does have a mezzanine floor above the living room. Young children would need to be closely supervised in the bedroom, just incase they like to climb and have an accident. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are also welcome. We have created an enclosed decking area to keep your dogs safe. The hot tub water is changed after every booking to ensure it is lovely and clean for you. Please note, the water might not be warm enough to use on your first night.
