The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room and living room. Toilet and bath as well as utility room with washing machine and dryer. On the 1st floor, a repos with TV room. A children's room with a pull-out bed. Children's room with single bed and 2 extra mattresses, bedroom with double bed and two single beds. The bedroom has air conditioning. On the 1st floor there is also an office space in the hallway as well as a toilet. In the garage building there is access to table tennis room as well as freezer. The space The house is 160 sqm located on a 1200 sqm plot. The house is a modernized farmhouse from 1880. It is located in quiet surroundings by forest and lake. The area is full of hiking opportunities, the nearest nature trail starts at the end of the garden. It leads, among other things, to a free fishing lake a few hundred meters away and to Tystrup Lake, where there is a beach. 2 km to Sorø Golf Club. Super nice and hilly cycling terrain. 20 km to the Viking fortress Trelleborg. 75 km to Copenhagen. 30 km to nice beaches by the Great Belt. Sorø is a historic provincial town with the beautiful Sorø Academy and Monastery Church and a very nice art museum. Guest access The entire home is available for rent except for a single locked room. The garden with garden furniture, gas grill and play facilities can be used freely. Other things to note In the garden lives a cute rabbit, which is very happy to be fed with dandelions. There are several terraces with garden furniture, gas grill and hammocks. The garden also offers a kitchen garden with potatoes, lettuce and herbs, which can be used freely.
